April 1st


Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil
Lunch- 1 beer brat, veggies sauteed in coconut oil
Dinner-Brats with veggies
Snack- Pretzel at Flying Saucer, 1 pear cider and 1 pyrate punch
Drink- 12 oz water, 32 oz GGMS

Exercise- 4.2 miles 9.5 mph

April 2nd and 3rd

2nd

Breakfast- cookie dough and a couple sad cookies
Lunch- Ramen noodles with chicken and teriyaki sauce
Dinner- Fancy hamburgers with sweet potato fries
Snack- couple pieces of 865 choc
Drinks- water

Exercise-rest day


3rd
Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 slices toast, couple bites hashbrowns. cup roobios tea
Lunch- ate breakfast late and then went biking no lunch
Dinner- 1 1/2 lavish bread chicken pizza 2 glasses of wine
Snack- 000 yogurt

Exercise- 4.2 mile mountain bike trail, 1.5 hours

The weekend was great!

March 31st

 Weighed and measured today, at least I lost the weight I had gained from Easter day so technically down 3 pounds today from Monday. Though I don't really count it since I still have the 5 I gained after the Fuel Cycle.

Breakfast- 2 egg omelet, cooked in bacon fat and handful of cheese
Lunch- 1/4 chicken breast with fried cauliflower
Snack- Salted Caramel Tripple 0
Dinner- Dominos Thin Crust Philly steak and onion pizza. (Don't judge please ;) we didn't want to cook what we had)
Drinks-Shrinker

Exercise- Bike ride 6.2 miles at a 10 mph pace, 40 squats

March 29th and 30th


29th

Breakfast- 2 eggs fried coconut oil
Lunch-  1/4 chicken breast, cauliflower cooked in coconut oil
Snack- sweet potato chips, 86% chocolate squares 2, couple Resen candies :/ and a few carmelo eggs
Dinner- Chili's 6oz Char steak with asparagus and tomatoes, chips and salsa
Drinks- 72 oz water total including shrinker and GGMS

Exercise- 3.2 miles bike

30th
Breakfast- 2 eggs fried coconut oil with cyanne and a shrinker
Lunch - 1/4 chicken breast fried coconut oil and cauliflower
Snack- Sweet potato chips, chocolate squares, 4 resen's
Dinner- 2 quesadillas with chicken, cheese and caramelised onions. low carb tortillas
Drinks- 72 oz water total including shrinker and GGMS

Exercise- Rest day with some light Yoga stretching

March 28th

I am back and plan to log each day my food and exercise here. This is mainly for me as I get back on track. That is where I spend most of my time and blog energy.


Breakfast- Didn't shop yesterday so only a Shrinker
Lunch- Leftover pasta salad (S) Ham (S) and squash casserole (s) from Easter lunch yesterday.
Snack- 2 graham crackers (only option at school)
Dinner- Chicken breast baked with panko, 1/2 large sweet potato roasted
Dessert- 1 piece 86% chocolate

Exercise- 6 miles cycling Tucker Creek Trail

Yesterday 3.31 miles cycling, Tucker Creek Trail.

Bikini Body Mommy day 9 and 10

WOOO I'm so sore!

Missed a day so did a strength and cardio day together, and man I am wiped. I'm so ready for bed lol! I am getting stronger but man her workouts can kick your butt! I have improved a few of my strength day numbers can do a lot more back rows and L raises in a minute then I did on Monday so that feels good.

Worked hard to get my calories today, got much higher then normal, but not a good example of a normal day I had lunch with friends, and then made a big Indian dinner (check out Married and Hungry next week for that recipe!)


I'm attempting to do some video logging so excuse the sloppiness as I figure out how I like doing it.

Fit Camp Arms Night

Fit Camp = huge awesome family!! 
I seriously am so glad that I joined last month it has been a great experience working out and getting to meet new people. 

Tonight I realized that I am not eating enough calories and that working out extra on top of that is not helping my body. I have gained two pounds of muscle though in the last week but have not lost any body fat, actually gained a pound. Quite frustrating really when I am trying.

It is true that losing weight has much more to do with nutrition then it does exercise! So while it is great to exercise get a hold on your nutrition!! Once I learn more about how starvation mode works in your body I will share with yall!
