April 1st


Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil
Lunch- 1 beer brat, veggies sauteed in coconut oil
Dinner-Brats with veggies
Snack- Pretzel at Flying Saucer, 1 pear cider and 1 pyrate punch
Drink- 12 oz water, 32 oz GGMS

Exercise- 4.2 miles 9.5 mph
