April 2nd and 3rd

2nd

Breakfast- cookie dough and a couple sad cookies
Lunch- Ramen noodles with chicken and teriyaki sauce
Dinner- Fancy hamburgers with sweet potato fries
Snack- couple pieces of 865 choc
Drinks- water

Exercise-rest day


3rd
Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 slices toast, couple bites hashbrowns. cup roobios tea
Lunch- ate breakfast late and then went biking no lunch
Dinner- 1 1/2 lavish bread chicken pizza 2 glasses of wine
Snack- 000 yogurt

Exercise- 4.2 mile mountain bike trail, 1.5 hours

The weekend was great!
